***** no reply
So this is my second post. MTN as a company is not good, its so bad i dont even know if they know what customer service is. i have been waiting a month now for a reply back from the legal department but nothing. The automated responses are getting to me now. I understand that MTN is a big company but how can they treat the normal man on the street so ****. This ***** thing messed me up with my loan, vehicle finance. I cant do anything now. I dont have words for this company anymore. I just need help

And what is MTN going to do in order to compensate me for my time and energy i have wasted trying to sort this out. This is not my fault, i didnt ask for this. please call me ASAP
