***** MTN-Close Account Please

Someone opened an account under my name in MTN in November 2020. I logged a call with them in January. They said must bring my affidavit and copy of ID. I sent it to them. Then they rep**** that the account is closed. Only Just today I found out the account is still active and instead of debit it has been changed to cash deposit. This is really frustrating me as its affecting my credit record. Can someone please look into this ASAP.
