***** MTN

Hi everyone I have a cellphone contract with mtn And i have had that same contract for 11 years now without any problems... then about 3months ago when i received my statement i saw that it said the amount due was way more than my usual payment , i thought it was n mistake.. I phoned mtn to find out whats going on, they tell me that it was because of the other two cellphone contract, I told them that i did not open any other contract and that is *****. So they told me to get a few dokument from the police so i did that and i opened a identity theft case., I send all the documents to them. That was 3months ago . Every time i phone to know how far the progress is they tell me that it was handed over to legal and that all they can do is send them a mail to contact me. And until this day no one has contacted me . My credit record is in the red because of this . The cellphone that I have had for 11years has been locked by mtn because I refused to pay the outstanding amounts of the other 2 phones and now i stil have to pay this phone that isn't working. This is very bad communication from mtn and very bad service . This unacceptable. ...
