***** made by Mtn dealer

I made data upgrade on telephone line with one of the mtn consultants(dealers) of 2GB of R98 per month but that dealer subscribed me: 24Mth My Mtn Sky Lite, ASKYL24 R2400 per month and iPhone xs without my consent/approval I didn't even receive that phone or sign anything on that contract now Mtn suspended my services I can't access anything in my phone or even make calls.. I called Mtn several times they have been giving me many reference numbers and I even called cci in ***** department they said they will make investigations and get back to me even today I haven't heard from them last week I received a text from Mtn saying I'm query has been solved they will reactivate my services.. They haven't
