***** - Lack of assistance!!!

Hi,

I am writing this review in total disgust and disappointment...

I have been trying to sort out a ***** issue relating to my account for a month now to no avail, no assistance via telephone call and I get no replies from the *** email box, rather when I ask for feedback I get another enquiry reference number ever damn time, I could be on my fourth one already.

This is utterly unacceptable, I too have been getting SMS's about paying an account for a device and contract that I did not even take part in. I require this to be sorted as should I be black listed I will have to resort to higher powers.

I require some sort of feedback relating to the ***** investigation request I have submitted right away.

PLEASE!!!! ASSIST!!!!
