***** investigation nightmare

I have been asolutely disgusted at MTN's handling of a ***** case logged in June 2022. There has been no feedback and no investigation. Trying to get through to a human being is virtually impossible and when this eventually happens - promises to resolve are not kept. The investigation wasnt even done properly and assumptions about what was ***** and what wasnt were made (incorrectly). This could have been done with a simple request for us to confirm our transactions or even by checking historical usage. Account limit was dropped yet ***** is still occuring two months later. I am at a loss as to how to resolve. A client since the 90's and this is how it goes.
