***** Investigation

Hello Peter

I have a problem with MTN and you are my last resort. According to MTN my account is fully paid. On the 16th of March 2019 my phone and daughter's phone, who is also on my contract was suspended. My contract is a top up contract. When we started inquiring, at our local Cradock branch , they said we owe a huge amount and is the reason our phones have been suspended.

Cradock branch is not capable of helping us and the Branch Manager, Jasmin was extremely rude to us. It was discovered that there are two unauthorized cell phone numbers on my account and I had to get an Affidavit at the Police station, stating that they are ********** numbers. These numbers don't belong to my contract. Two weeks ago my daughter's phone was reactivated but mine has been off for a month. This case was handed over to the following people namely, Mr Chesley Grobbelaar and Mr Anton Kapp. Mr Chesley has not been able to resolve the problem and Mr Kapp has not even responded. Nobody can give us a good reason why they cannot reactivate my phone.

We paid our monthly subscription on the 8th of April and an exstra amount which was outstanding. My daughter's phone was then reactivated. Jasmin from the Cradock branch admitted that MTN owes us money and that they will credit and compensate us for all the inconvenience.
