***** investigatiion

In September 2011 an unknown person to me,upgraded my cellphone account with MTN Eastrand Mall, I went and complained and was asked to submit an affidavit of which I did and was promised that their legal depart will contact me but to date nobody ever contacted me, when I went back to the shop I was told that I should contact their legal department and all their legal department does when sending them emails is to send me an auto reply with a reference number, I get a new reference number everytime I make a follow, this account has now been handed over as bad debt whilst I am waiting for an investigation report from MTN,it seems as if MTN has no intention of resolving the matter
