***** from MTN

I have been de *****ed by this company over R12,000 rand I called FNB to reverse and stop this ridiculous debit order last month. I have been trying to get hold of MTN however No agent availability or option eventing is online and mailed then as per their ***** "hotline" ! Somebody has opened up an account with my personal details and this needs to be stop immediately! If my debit orders bounce or MTN wants to blacklist me for nonpayment then ill have to take them to the ombudsman CALL ME MTN as your service are shocking!
