***** FROM MTN

I am in desperate need of of help during lock down one of the mtn consultants called me and offered me a contract of 4gb for R89 but to only find its a lie, the debit order is R199 so I called them to explain what happened and I can't offered this much but no help I send many emails but still no help I even posted on the thier face book page asking for the recording so that I can ask for help somewhere else and then they called and explained to me that the consultant captured the wrong amount so they will assist me but still no help, I don't know what to do now because clearly MTN is not willing help me it's enjoying *****ing the little I have, and I am tired of calling mtn every day during my lunch this has hurt me so much and stressed me a lot I even suffer from high blood pressure Now, and they refused to give the name of the consultant who did this and they refuse to send me the recording to get help elsewhere.
