I think Alice Van der Merwe is a *********, i dont know how many times i've sent her my Id copy and affidavit confirming that i did not apply for an account with MTN, but she never receives those docs, thats what she says.
I sent the docs again on the 4th of April and she rep**** back acknowledging receipt of the docs, but today she says she is still waiting for me to send the same docs she received.
I'm just tired and its time now that i refer this matter to the OMBUDSMAN because i'm not getting any assistance from Alive nor anyone from MTN
