I have been a Mtn subscriber for many years. Now all of a sudden I have 2nd cell number on my account with an outstanding balance of R13000.00 Numerous calls and e-mail since Oct 2022 but the problem has not been resolved even after saying the matter has been resolved. PATHETIC IS TOO KIND!!!
