Good Evening I have a problem with my MTN contract that I took out last year, I found out that someone did an upgrade with my number and I'm now owing 7k+ I've tried to reach out to them with no assistance whatsoever! My number is blocked I can't do anything, bear in mind I have exams and everything is registered on that number MTNSA what's this? I have a pin protecting my profile how did this happen?
