Good day MTN SA Team
To my surprise, i received a clear score report indicating an account opened on my name with an amount of R 11,140, I don't own any MTN product or contract product, this is frustrating because my credit score went down massively because of this account opened against my name. MTN South Africa kindly do the right thing and cancel this account which i am not aware of. i wont be paying something that i am not aware of.
Please assist!!

01 Jul 2021, 09:00On the 30th June 2021, I received a debit transfer to a tune of R 23000, though I don’t have any contract with MTN. Ref number of Debit transfer: MTN SP BA***. Kindly assist with cancellation of this debit transfer as I have no knowledge where it originated from. Standard Bank only managed to reverse my funds.
