***** debit order
MTN has **********ly sent a debit order to my account. I saw a debit go off for 822. MTN has not verified with me that i have any contract with them. I have not app**** for or signed any contract with MTN and this is *****. ********** get away with false applications because service providers dont bother to make sure of who they are selling their products to and are just after money. For me to run up and down reversing debit orders is my time and money and i want my bank charges refunded.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We have now suspended the account. In order for us to resolve the matter, we will need for you to provide us with a SAPS stamped affidavit and a certified ID book copy. You will need to state in the affidavit that you have not app**** for the contract and that you are not aware approving any contract being approved.
We will then log
a request with our ***** Department to investigate and credit you accordingly for any funds that have been deducted from your banking account. Please then send the documents to fax number *** marked attention Tim.
