DO NOT USE MTN!!!! Their service "Champions" can not help with any queries. I was phoned to be informed that I am due for a upgrade and clearly stated that I was not going to upgrade because there is nothing wrong with my phone. I was then given a option for downgrade where as the operator promised everything I wanted but at the end did not receive. I was not told that there is a cool down period and not told that there is a amount of R3200 that will be deducted because of the downgrade, it would not have been done if I knew of this. Now no operator knows what to do and they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor or manager.

Pathetic I will never use them again as a service provider.
