***** crisis at MTN

I just came off the line with a very rude operator called Emma Becker on ********** 867.

I found this number on the MTN website https://www.mtn.co.za/Pages/Support.aspx under the heading "report ***** anonymously".

Ms. Bekker was most unhelpful. According to her, this ***** line is for internal MTN use and they don't handle client cases. When asked where to report the matter, she rudely said that I need to speak to the MTN forensics department, but that she could not give me the number.

I explained to her that this was unacceptable, due to the fact that I found this ***** number on the MTN website, and that I didn't appreciate her tone, and I asked whether the call was recorded. To which she responded yes, and that she was the one who "advertised" the number on the MTN website.

MTN, your ***** network is clearly not up to par.

You can read my initial ***** complaint here: https://www.hellopeter.com/mtn/reviews/*****-clearly-is-of-low-priority-at-mtn- **********
