***** & *******ion

I have 3 contract cellphones with mtn of which they deduct R315 everymoth as debit orders. In october 2014 mtn deducted R585 from my account by mtn, when i query it I was told that i upgraded my other 1 contract of which i did not. They told me that my contract was upgraded in standerton. I told them i dont know where is standerton & never been to that place. I did an avidavitt at the police station & had to pay R285 at transunion to protect my identity & other accounts. The mtn ***** section paid me back my money in December 2014. Apparently my contract info leaked from mtn staff & ***** was done under my name. Who on earth in Standerton would know that my contract in P. E. has expired? Why didnt mtn check the details of the impostor correctly? I count not pay some of my accounts because of mtn & money paid to transunion. After i was paid back my money, i never received an apologie or explanation of what went wrong, not even a simple thank you from one of their manager at store level for reporting *****. Monde
