***** contract/s under my name at MTN

On the 11th February at 16:07 I received a call from MTN. The lady asked if I took 2 iphone 13 on Tuesday. I said no. Saturday morning I woke up and went to MTN Northgate. I asked them. Only to find that on 01/02/2022 a sim card of 20GB @R149 was taken, same day apple iphone 12 128GB was also taken under my name. On the 10 February 2 Apple iphone 13 were also taken under my name. I requested for id, bank statement and payslip that was submitted in order to get all of the phones. Nothing was submitted. So now I have to run around like a headless chicken to do affidavit. Why did MTN not request all documents before giving all this contracts? The delivery address is not on the system also. How is this possible ? I don't have any contract with MTN.
