In February 2022 someone went to MTN and took three IPhone and IPad using my fiancé ID. We were surprised to see a debit order going through his bank account and we went to MTN, what surprised us is that the person on the ID photo is not him but the names and ID number are his. He did an affidavit and submitted it together with his ID copy, even to this day the debit order went through. Can we get assistance regarding this matter. Cause MTN they haven't given us any feedback and they busy debiting his bank account. What steps should he take regarding this matter. ?
