***** COMMITTED BY MTN

A ********** contract was opened on my name and ID number by MTN without my knowledge and agreement. I visited a branch to report it as well as emailed the report and complaint to them with all the corresponding documentation. I received an automated response with a reference number and was informed that I will get a reply within 3 business days. I have not yet received a reply or feedback from anyone at MTN and I have had to follow up with further emails as it has been two and a half weeks with no further information or feedback from MTN. The ********** contract had already accumulated nearly R 20 000.00 worth of charges in the 5 days since it was **********ly opened and my report to them. As I have received no feedback and the contract is still operating, goodness knows how much more costs have been accumulated **********ly.
