***** clearly is of low priority at MTN

A week ago I tried to make contact with MTN regarding a ********** cellphone contract taken out by someone else in my name. I couldn't speak to an MTN operator because I wasn't calling from an MTN number (I'm not an MTN client, and only calls from verified MTN numbers are answered), so I could not speak to an operator.

I filled out the ***** report form on the MTN website and the auto-response said that someone would be in touch to inform me of the next steps. No one made contact.

They have no contact details online for ***** related matters.
