***** Case not resolved

I have logged the ***** query with MTN in May 2015 and even today the case is not resolved. however, my number got suspended for an outstanding amount. MTN decided to stop the debit due to the ***** case and now they put a blame me for that. <br> <br> I am going to open a legal case against MTN and I believe the store is involve in that ***** case.
