***** Case - MTN Service Suck - No Customer Service

Good day, There was ***** on my brothers MTN account and nobody wants to help him with this issue at all. Its been 3 months and nothing has happened he open a case at the police station and send all the ***** documents to MTN ***** Unit and nobody till this day has help or phoned him about this. How bad are your customer service? How do you get new clients if your customer service and ***** unit are so bad. Please can you urgently help and contact me regrading this matter. Regards Adele
