Mtn debited R 3000 on my account for this morning for a phone they took which I know Nothing about , what happened to customer verifications proof or res for Rica purposes. On the 23 of March I went to carnival mall mtn store submitted all the required documentation e.g Affidavit. I’m shocked to receive such huge amount of money being debited. What must happen here my credit score is being tarnished just like that . I need answers !!!!!
