*****

I recently found out that there is a lady who has ****** my identity. Using a very much **** I.D to attempt to get credit. She took 3 iPhone 12 Pros and a Samsung S21 each on 4 consecutive days at MTN Southgate. My only concern is, how is our identity verified at the store? Why is there no sense of security for consumers? The most baffling thing is, when I scanned my fingerprints at their store via the fingerprint verification scanner, they checked out. How is it possible that two different people have the same fingerprints? What is the purpose of that fingerprint device actually? I was really disappointed with the response of the store manager to this situation who went on to subtly try and make assumptions of me being in the store earlier last month to take these contracts when all evidence pointed otherwise. I even suggested footage be reviewed then. In all honesty, staff should be correctly trained on how to tell the difference between **** and real identity documents. I really don't understand how a person can come in store taking high end phones everyday for four days. My credit score is now highly affected by the sales consultant's negligence at MTN Southgate Store code 0863.
