***** by MTN service provider Rewardsco

This Rewardsco callcenter is a *****. They made me took a contract with MTN under false pretence that I will be able to easily port the new number of the contract to my old and current MTN number. On the day they delivered the simcard I tried to follow the instruction their consultant said I should follow to port the number but it became clear to me that it was not going to happen. I was transfered from on person to another by MTN until I gave up. I decided to call Rewardsco and cancelled the contract on the same day and was told to destroy the simcard and never use it which I did. To my surprise MTN started debiting my account and when I try to call MTN to cancel I get no one to assist until I tweeted them. On their reply they said I should go do an affidavit. Why are they making us their customers go through this administration while they are aware that their service providers is the one that messes up. Why don't they just cancel contract until Rewardsco proves that the contracts is legit?
