Your company has **********ly processed an application in my name without due diligence and contravention to POPI act, you have insulted me in saying my claimis in invalid via email. You didn't even consider calling me since you assume that I am your client for that contract. That shows me that you are acting like *******, and just expect me to pay for a *****lent contract. You are outsourcing your contracts through REWARDSCO/MONDO. Why send me an email on Saturday only to say your office hours are from Monday to Saturday but state my claim is invalid on an email on *** I have to wait for Monday to enquire. I bave being inquiring the entire week. Your contractors and you are acting like of *******. YES MTN I also sent my case to you but you are SILENT, Why?... Are you that inconsiderate, or do you just don't care. These are your contractors, you have liability.
