I have been **********ly accused with an incremental MTN Billing Account with ref BA: *** for an account created under my name without my consent, I have reported the matter to MTN ***** ( *** ) and received an MTN ref: *** that was provided by MTN agents on the 9th of June 2021 culminating as from previous reporting's made with an email with one dated 8 April 2021, up to date i have not received a conclusion from MTN to clear my name, i have submitted a Police affidavit and my ID as requested by MTN but no outcome result from all my sent emails and requested the documents i provided since then.

I further sent email to *** on 31 January 2022 about the above matter; without any outcome.
