***** at MTN Greenstone

A lady called me from your MTN branch in greenstone mall *** stating that 3 business contract had been opened **********ly and that i need to take an affidavit to my nearest MTN branch, I approached your reds mall branch who told me they cannot assist , I tried calling the lady back from Greenstone who now does not return my calls or answers, I emailed your head of ***** and spoke to Msimisi Fakudze who aske me to send him an email which i have done and CCD in your complaints team ref Reference number: 31c3beb6-6b2b-4535-b7b5-d7ba0a03b348 with no response, After going to social media a lady provided me with the ********** account number A***, I would like a copy of the contract and application that was completed as we have never done or intend to do business with MTN, your ***** detection processes are weak, Please advise how are we going to resolve this, Should i get an attorney involved? My account is being debited without my authorization, How is it possible that you as such a big company can let this happen and your staff know about it
