***** at MTN

A ********** account has been opened on my name in December of last year. Since then i have been trying to cancel the contract with MTN. They advised me to do an Affidavit at the police station, which i did. I sent them all the info on numerous occasions to which no one helps me. now their debt collectors, a company by the name of MBD Debt collectors, is constantly phoning me. I have also on numerous occasions told them and emailed them the whole story. to which they either put the phone down on me or ignore my emails. This is so ridiculous and unnecessary. I am at a point of being black listed because of all of this. Yet they claim to have the best POPI act in place....
