***** AT MTN

On Saturday evening I checked my business account balance to find that MTN has put through a debit order for R16857.00. I have not entered into any new contracts with MTN.I visited the MTN store yesterday [31/05/2020] and was shown by the sales assistant that during the month of May six cell phone contracts were entered into under my companies name. These contracts were entered into at The Pavilion near Durban and in Rivonia Johannesburg.The phones taken were mainly Samsung S20 and a Huawei P30 LITE 2020 .Obviously MTN standards in vetting customers ,checking customers identities, and seeing that staff are not recklessly or **********ly doing transactions appears to be extremely poor. MTN you really need to take a careful look at how you run your business.I will not pay for these phones so Kindly investigate the transactions and take the appropriate action against those individuals who committed this *****.
