***** at MTN

HelloPeter, I recommend not to open an account with MTN as there is internal ***** going on and my account got used to accumulate R 26.000 on calls etc..... on a cell number which got added on to my account. Since February 2021 I have been reporting this and received ***** Reference numbers which have never been attended to. Calling MTN does not help either as they promise to contact me but this never happens. I have been reported to their Credit buro now and even there I have no chance to bring my case forward. Emails to the Legal department of MTN also have no influence what so ever. I contacted Mr Bonginkosi in legal department but dont receive any reply. I dont know what to do anymore. Please advise!
