***** at its best

I took a contract with MTN in 2016 during Black Friday, i upgraded in 2018 Black friday i had no problem, also in 2020 Black friday everything went smoothly but this time around I waited for Black Friday as I normally do only to find that they say my contract was ending on the 12th November 2022 which is before my upgrade date, they have billed me R1619.51 instead of R366 that I normally pay.

I am not happy about this and I dont understand it, I am not willing to pay this amount
