***** and transfers to now where

MTNSA has made an upgrade of a contract i did not authorize and when i called them am given the run around, received bad service from the customer care, had consultants transferring my calls to nowhere, and id hold my for hours waiting for responds. I have been trying to cancel this contract since July and still no one wants to assist, I have even tried tweeting the business and no response, I even called the call center timelessly and i keep getting transferred to the imaginary cancellation department where calls never get picked up. They are still billing me even though i have tried everything in my power to cancel this contract. I hope no one ever makes the mistake of taking a contract with this company cause clearly it is till death do us apart.
