***** and refund. Pathetic service

Extremely bad service. Firstly I had a ********** contract taken on my name. It took multiple calls and multiple reference numbers to resolve over almost 3 months . Now is going on another month and they do not want to refund the extra money they took of my account while the ********** account was active. Not closing the call to process the refund.you call multiple times and all you get *********** arrogant lazy people. You as to speak to a manager...they cannot allow that
