***** AND PATHETIC SERVICE

quite frankly I'm tired of the pathetic service provider called MTN hence I never associated myself with them, but now I find myself having to contact them because of a ********** account appearing on my credit report, Now over a year ago there was a ********** account opened under my name, cellphone contract to be exact, which MTN said is cancelled and will be removed from my credit report, MTN is still showing under my credit record, I then called in to your customer care line to speak to a supervisor and got no assistance from the agent who was forcing me to tell him why I want a supervisor when I clearly told him I do not want to deal with agents because they never know how to assist, I then called head office and spoke to someone who said they will escalate and contact me back... look at me still waiting... can u sort this out, you guys are starting to **** me off now...
