Quick to take money and never pay it back. A cell phone was **********ly purchased on my name and money taken by MTN from my account. On 3.4.2017 I reported this to the police and to MTN Lakeside mall. (Yolandi)., Ref ********** . They have been promising to pay back the money for a year and seven months. Numerous calls, on my account, to Yolandi and Isabel ********** Isabel requested my banking details twice, which I sent her and she promised to have the money paid into my account. This is disgusting service from MTN. The last time I spoke to Isabel, She said she has requested the money to be paid over numerous times, I then told her I am going to Hello Peter, she said I should go ahead.
