***** AND MISREPRESENTATION

On the 21 September 2021 I was called by someone on behalf of MTN to inform me that MTN is changing their contract packages. The change is free and won't be charged. My monthly fee will remain the same R937 but to my suprise, this month I have to pay MTN R2493. 71. Called MTN regarding it but was told they can't help me with that and have to call Mobile plus. My contract is with MTN but they can't help me. So frustrating.
