***** and identity theft by MTN staff at Karaglen and Stoneridge mall

On Monday the 4th July 2022 at MTN karaglen, a consultant name Sence Mahasha opened a contract using my ID number but the picture on the iD copy is somebody else, it appears as though he is running this syndicate because on the system there is no signed paperwork but the ID copy with the picture of a lady I don't know, and approved it without proper documentation like original ID,he took a phone that costs R31000 under my name, he is been missing work since Tuesday the 5th July 2022 till 6th July 2022. On the 6th July 2022 Mr Makgaphole Motshana who works at Stoneridge MTN approved a second contract without checking for proper documentation also using my ID numbers and there is no documentation and I quickly called MTN call centre to cancel the contract before he finishes the procedure. He says the lady in the picture never left any documents,she only asked if he could check if she qualifies to take another contract,due to loadshedding he never asked for original ID, he only approved the contract without the lady in question. It appears as though they have been ******** people for too long, I'd like MTN and Hello Peter to assist in this matter and to make South Africa aware of the crime committed by people that works inside this stores(Karaglen MTN shop number 11 and Stoneridge MTN ). How did they bypass the system without having to get the OTP that I got , and without my fingerprints and ID numbers. I've been using MTN contract since 2011 and I'm sorry after this incidents they have lost a customer. Never trust mtn.
