***** and identity theft by MTN

MTN has done an upgrade of a phone on my name and when I called to query this they sent me from pillar to post and i have to send email everywhere and call everyone about this know Im paying for a contract that i didnt take and MTN just say we are investigating. I told them before that i got an sms that im approved for a contract that i didnt apply for and they said they are investigating knowthe contract was done and still they are investigating and theya re deducting money from my account with any solution. they told me i must wait until they finish with investigation and the money will be re imburse then, in the mean time i must incure expenses that i didnot budget for for their problem
