I have been escalating my issue to MTN and they never responded to my email with regards to a contract that has been opened under my name.I was advised by a consultant from MTN to open a case of Identity theft but im not getting any joy from that and im worried that my name will end up being tarnished from the credit bureau side. ***** ref no from MTN: *** Email i sent to MTN: Hi mtn team
I have been debited R2030 this month and I don't even have a contract with MTN and I have never owned a device or sim card from mtn. This is the second time MTN debit my account and I need this cleared ASAP. You can contact me on 072*7********

The contracts was opened with MTN online team MTN Direct Telesales in Kwazulu Natal.
The debit order is cancelled.
