***** Account Opened

I have tried numerous occasions to request removal of ITC record regarding ********** MTN account that was opened under my name.

To date my ITC credit report still reflects this account and this has a very negative effect on my ratings score.

I am shocked and appalled by your customer service experience and highly disappointed in your brand!

You need to assist where needed and be considerate towards people.

Identity ***** is a serious and rampant crime in our country,and you as a company need to take more responsibility in helping tackle this scourge.

I just want to clear my name by you removing this account under my name.
