***** account

Hi there, well i dont know what is going on with mtn, i send email to the ***** department and and the legal department a week ago and they still have not respond to the emails.Im still battling with the account that was opened in my name in 2020.I tried to cancel my account but they told me that I can't because of the ***** account in my name. Please can someone help me with this issue please.
