***** Account

<p>In Novemebr 2016 I was busy purchasing a vehicle, they declined my deal because of an account I have with MTN(the first I heard that i have an MTN account).</p> <p> </p> <p>Immediatly I went to MTN store in Cavendish Mall(Cape Town) to find out about this account, as I dont have any dealings with MTN. In store I spoke to Portia Kerridge we then found out that ********** activities has taken place on my ID number.</p> <p>Portia then asked the store manager what documents is required to clear my name and I forward all the requested documents to her on the same day of my visit( 07/11/16).</p> <p>After sending many emails to her I eventually got a respond on the 14/12/16, "The query is resolved I will advise them to communicate with ITC to remove it" . I left it there and thort that the matter has been resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 23 May 2017 I app**** again for a vehicle, just to be declined again because of an MTN account.</p> <p>I tried calling, email but no responds!</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is for MTN to remove this ***** account from my credit record.</p> <p> </p>
