********** cell contract opened online and MTN wants 21 days to investigate before they will block/stop/cancel contract. It came to my attention on 12th March that a cell contract was opened using my information **********ly. I immediately contacted MTN to advise and asked them to block the contract, which they tell me they will not do until the investigation is concluded and it will take up to 21 working days. When i asked MTN to send me the uploaded documents the "Champion" advised that no ID copy, Proof of residence and bank statements were uploaded - only a copy of contract. Can somebody from MTN please block all activity on this contract immediately to prevent further transactions on this contract.
