An authorized sim card was made on my number on Sunday (12/01/2020) and when I called the customer line on 15/01/2020 I was told I could not track who did the sim swap and the consultant gave me the ***** line (which is actually used by internal staff). I have hit a dead-end because even though I did a reversal sim swap I am still on edge about another ********** attack on my number.
