To whom it may concern Please assist I went to mtn in June looking for a phone sumsang A71 I was assisted by a consultant by the name of Thabo at mtn klipfontein he told me they don't have the phone but he will find out from other branches then he told me to leave my staff behind which was my ID copy, pay slip and 3 months bank statement he will call me if he got the phone so I can come do the application I did not sign or complete any form. Then I received an sms that is approved he then phones me that I must come collect the phone to my surprise how hence I did not complete an application and it was late I don't remember him taking my thumbs for OFV. Then he send me an sms which I still have to this day that I must collect the phone as his manager don't want phones to be held at the store. I did not respond as by then I have already decided otherwise and I never accepted the application then in June my fnb account was debited I was surprised why I never collected the phone neither did I accept the the quote or application as is within my rights to accept or declined. How can a phone be approved without my concern and my acc be debited please investigate this matter as I can't afford to be listed for a phone that I don't have and never accepted.Please check your records if I signed, if online finger verification was done, if my signature is on the form. View your cameras if I was present and collected the phone. I went to the store on the 20th August 2020 and the manager said he will investigate and get back to me in 3 days, it's almost 4 week and I didn't get any feedback. I am going to open a Case against MTN
