I am very unhappy with mtn and their way of handling stuff including *****, 3 months ago somebody took a cellphone contact on my name, I have been getting debited from mtn for no reason when I go and find out why, they tell me I have a contract with them for a very expensive cellphone, I was shocked, I asked to see what documents they had and they showed me everything that was needed to get a contract but my fingerprnt didn't match, which meant I was a victim of *****, I don't get how the store allows this to happen because clearly they can see the person who is there and the picture on the ID, I am very angry as well due to me reversing the dibit orders for large amounts of money my credit score and name is going to go bad, I wasted alot of money and have been put through alot of stress due to this problem, something needs to happen for this not to happen to anyone else if people could do this and let this happen what could happen to other innocent people like me especially when income is low due to the pandemic many people will have no food due to this kind of behavior, very pathetic
