I have written to hello Peter 2weeks ago aboutMTN south Africa regarding a ********** transaction that they processed in my account and a lady I assume, by the name of Alice Van see merwe responded and said indeed investigations were done and the transaction was *****.d men will process the refund. To date no one has contacted me from men and when I call I'm still send from pillar to post. No one seems to be knowing what I'm talking about or where to transfer me. I'm even beginning to wonder if this alice is real and another *****. I'm disappointed and disgusted at the level of abuse that men subjects it's customers to. MTN is nothing but a *********, high class pyramid scheme that abuses the poor to enrich themselves.
